Job Market Seminar with Francis Annan, Columbia University

SITE will host a job market seminar “Credit-Induced Moral Hazard in Insurance: Theory and Evidence from Ghana” with Francis Annan, Columbia University.

Francis Annan is a Ph.D. Candidate at Columbia University and holds an M.S. from Mississippi State University and a B.S. from the University of Cape Coast, both in Economics & Agriculture. He is also a Fellow at the Center for Development Economics and Policy and works as an Economist Consultant at the World Bank. His primary fields are development, environment and applied microeconomics.

In Annan’s Job Market Paper, “Credit-Induced Moral Hazard in Insurance: Theory and Evidence from Ghana”, he studies the moral hazard and welfare consequences of interlinking credit with insurance markets in developing countries.
