After transitioning from communism what is the main lessons we can learn from Poland? In terms of governing, sustaining, connecting, and growing? Rogier van den Brink, from World Bank, will present his insights on how Poland moved from middle to high income in less than 15 years.
SITE will be hosting a special seminar event together with Rogier van den Brink. The seminar will focus on Rogier van den Brink’s report about “Lessons from Poland, Insights from Poland: A Sustainable and Inclusive Transition to High Income Status”.
The seminar will be moderated by none other than SITE’s Director, Torbjörn Becker. We also invited a special guest, the former Chairman of the Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce, Börje Risinggård. Which he will share his personal reflection during his years as the Chairman of the Swedish-Polish Commerce.
